Fruits of the Forage
The Thorneycroft family founded Fruits of the Forage in Cheshire in 2014 as an outlet for their love of cooking and outdoor pursuits. They've learned the ropes of foraging as they've gone along, discovering abandoned orchards and picking up tips at markets and trade shows. They also work with the Vale Heritage Trust and source surplus fruit and veg from local farms. All that goodness goes into their delicious range of jams, preserves, sauces and chutneys.
