The aluminium pan is covered in a Thermolon Infinity ceramic non-stick coating that’s enhanced by diamonds. This keeps the coating sturdy and long-lasting for reliable cooking with less mess. The outside of the pan also has a ceramic non-stick coating to make hand-washing much easier. The Bakelite handle remains cool while you’re grilling with a comfortable, ergonomic design.
