Hip are B Corporation certified, meaning they've been recognised for their environmental and social performance, accountability and transparency. The carbon footprint for each HiP bar is less than half that of the average milk chocolate bar, and also uses less water to produce. As a 1% For The Planet participant, HiP puts 1% of their yearly sales towards environmental efforts like reforestation, ocean conservation and clean energy initiatives.
