John Masters Organics
Manhattan-based beauty brand John Masters Organics have been creating high-quality hair care, skin care and aromatherapy products for over 30 years. Founded by John Masters himself in his own apartment, a small range of initially handmade products has grown into a global enterprise. They still use natural, certified organic ingredients with absolutely no parabens, phthalates, formaldehyde, synthetic sulphates, ethanolamides, artificial fragrances, silicones or synthetic BHA/BHT preservatives.
Since 2019 they've been certified by Leaping Bunny, guaranteeing absolutely no animal testing across their entire product range. They're partnered with 1% For The Planet, donating 1% of skincare profits to environmental causes, and also work closely with Greenspark to help fight plastic pollution in the ocean. Most of their packaging is recyclable and their website provides full instructions on how best to recycle each item.
