Plan Toys

Since 1981, PlanToys have developed a reputation for high-quality wooden toys - expertly designed with safety and age-appropriateness in mind but without compromising on sustainability and eco-friendliness. The wood comes from rubber trees that no longer produce latex and are set to be burned if they're not reclaimed. Such trees are free from fertiliser making the wood non-toxic and safe for children. For added safety, PlanToys use non-formaldehyde glue, organic pigment and water-based dyes.

By-products like sawdust are recycled into "PlanWood", a new wood-based substance, with larger offcuts being used as fuel to provide energy for the production process. PlanToys donate a portion of their proceeds to help charities like Save Elephant Foundation and Kromkommer, an organisation that reduces food waste by encouraging the use of wonky fruit and veg.
