Very good equal mix of seeds. Have it as an addition to a plain cereal.
This seed mix is really versatile - I often add them to soups, veggie bakes or just snack on them - they're even tastier if you slightly toast them in a pan before adding them to dishes. Yummy and nutritious too!

A: This mix contains - 33% Organic Pumpkin, 33% Sunflower, 17% Linseed and 17% Sesame Seeds. I hope this helps. Rachel
