Based with tomatoes and full of sweet taste from apricots, this sauce provides a tantalising flavour that can complement a host of meats and veg superbly. The delicious flavour is topped off with a slight touch of coriander to help accent the tomatoes and apricot. This sauce works wonders as a base for a casserole or poured over your choice of meats. You can even dunk things straight into the sauce and enjoy it as a sweet dip. Al’Fez helps you make Moroccan inspired dishes while working to a vegan diet, thanks to the complete lack of animal products used in the recipe.
