Amaizin Rice Paper is made using organically derived rice flour and tapioca starch to create a great way to make traditional Vietnamese spring rolls. Known in Vietnam as bánh tráng, these papers make delicious spring rolls commonly filled with cooked prawns and rice vermicelli. The papers are free from all animal products, so you can substitute the prawns with any meat alternative you want. The papers are also free from wheat and gluten products; keeping them suitable for those with gluten intolerance.
