Enclosed in a recyclable oven tray, this yummy Nut Roast is high in fibre, is a good source of protein for Vegetarians and Vegans and is so easy to make by simply adding water and baking in the tray provided. Artisan Grains Nut Roasts are packed with nuts and make an amazing meat-free, loaf which can be enjoyed by all.

Usage Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C/360°F (Gas mark 4).
2. Pour contents of sachet into a bowl. Add 200ml cold water. Mix & let sit for 5 mins.
3. Place mix into baking tray provided.
4. Bake in the oven for 35 to 40 mins until golden brown & cooked through.
5. Allow to cool a little. Slice & serve as desired.

Developed in 2012 by enthusiastic foodie Sam Jacobi, who with 20 years experience in the health food trade was frustrated at the limited range of grains on the market and the lack of information available on the packaging – he wanted to be inspired at the point of purchase with recipe ideas and serving suggestions without having to resort to Google!
