I use this product to dress my salad during work.I also use it as a tonic after a heavy workout for its blood alkalizing properties and if Ive overindulged on rich food I use it to get rid of bloating.
I would recommend this product to anyone and especially those wishing to bring balance to their bodies whether it be from sport or those wishing to add a simple habit into their daily routine to improve their wellness.
I think the quality of the product is great. As it is unpasteurized you get the full benefits of the digestive enzymes from "the mother" that is in the vinegar. it tastes nice too. Great on a salad or mix a shot with a spoon full of honey to drink before bed :)
I buy this product in cases of 6 and give a bottle to my parents, its a way of getting them to consume something very healthy without them realizing as since they have retired they are a little too fond of rich foods in my opinion ;)

I use this to help with many ailments..it also helps to keep the mosquitos away from you when its consumed on a daily basis. I take 10ml every morning in squash and I feel so well when doing so. The Biona is 'the mother of' which is vital. An inexpensive antibacterial supplement.
