Black & Blum Charcoal Water Filter

The Binchotan charcoal water filter for use with Black & Blum Eau Good reusable water bottles is made from sustainably sourced wood and is renowned for its ability to soften water, add good minerals and absorb unwanted tastes and odours such as chlorine. One filter will last up to 6 months and during that time can be boiled to recharge if you notice a decline in taste.

The charcoal filters are suitable for vegans and pre-washed ready for use. Please note the filter is not suitable for use with flavoured drinks or tea.

The binchotan filter has many uses at the end of its life as a water filter too, you can break it up and add it to house plants to add nutrients to the soil. It can also be used as a deodoriser to remove unwanted odours in cat litter, a laundry basket, nappy bin or shoes. It is also an excellent wardrobe dehumidifier.

Your binchotan charcoal is already washed and ready to use. Please do not wash with detergent or soap.

Please make sure your bottle is filled up when placing your charcoal to avoid any breakages.
