Organic preserved lemons from Carley's. A traditional Mediterranean and north African ingredient, the tender lemon peel is excellent with fish, chicken, vegetables, couscous, and in tagines. The intense lemony brine is delicious brushes over vegetables or chicken before cooking.
Free from gluten, palm oil, GM ingredients, artificial preservatives, artificial flavours, and artificial colours. Suitable for vegans and vegetarians.
Made in the UK with European lemons.
Packaged in a recyclable glass jar.
