Keep your pasta dishes completely gluten-free and vegan with this mouth-watering Porcini pasta sauce from Clearspring. Made in Italy, this pasta is a great source of protein with an incredible taste, plus its low in sugar and fats – including saturated. The herbs and the porcini mushrooms are organically grown while the other ingredients are produced through biodynamic Demeter farming. One of the key principles of demeter farming is a complete lack of synthetic fertilsers; ensuring that the ingredients aren’t sullied by chemicals.
