This Clearspring umami paste provides the authentic taste of traditional Japanese cuisine, made using soya beans, cultured rice and koji culture. Each ingredient is organically sourced; keeping this paste nutritious while earning it official certification from the Soil Association. Umami paste is a brilliant source of protein and is also free of fat – both saturated and non-saturated. The low sugar content and vegan ingredients makes this great for catering to diets, plus umami works well in a versatile range of dishes. Mix it into a dipping sauce, spread it on some cooked vegetables or add it to a stir-fry.
