Product Description
Organic and full of flavour, Clearspring Hatcho miso paste is unpasteurised and made up of 100% organic goodness – holding official certification from the Soil Association. This miso paste gives you a world of possibilities in your kitchen. You can make a wide variety of dishes with this paste; letting you create traditional Japanese food that range from hearty miso soups to nutritious vegetable stews. The paste is also free of all animal ingredients, which gives you plenty of options for making vegan cuisine.
This unpasteurised Hatcho Miso contains twice as much protein as any other type of miso, and is matured for 36 months in cedar wood kegs.
