With a 100% natural cotton top sheet and made without synthetic materials like rayon, polypropylene and polyethylene, the pad sticks to your underwear with a super self adhesive strip. not as absorbant as less eco freindly brands
These were a complete disappointment and turned out to be useless. As soon as they become moist they fall apart. Not what you want for something that is meant to be discreet. I am afraid I will have to go return to my Always pads. Not ideal but at least they do not let leaks through and they stay in one piece
