As a product it is charming (like being back in Cornwall). rnI may be unusual to like the flavour straight out of the bag- just nibbling a little each day.rnBut most important is the excellent effect it has had on my general health over the last few weeks.rnI am convinced my metabolism is more effective, and I have much more energy. I didn't know this would happen. What a marvellous supplement (but I wouldn't cook it in case it affects the health properties).
