There’s no need for expensive filtration systems with throw-away cartridges - just pop all four into a 1-litre jug of water to gently treat your water and slowly add natural minerals including potassium and magnesium. When they finally come to the end of their life, recycle with your food or garden waste or use in the garden, crumbled charcoal filters will help to aerate the soil, absorb excess moisture in heavy rain and release it in dry spells.
