Just chew the tablet to break it down and react to the moisture into your mouth which will turn into a creamy foam, you then use this as a paste with a wet toothbrush to clean your teeth.

Suitable for vegans, free from plastic, preservatives, germ inhibiting substances and binders. Contain no aluminium or nanoparticles. Free from animal testing.
