Product Description
Textured vegetable protein (TVP) is the perfect way to substitute meat in dishes such as chilli con carne, spaghetti Bolognese and other meals that rely on minced meat. This TVC is flavoured, but for the best results try marinating the TVP mince before cooking. To cook, all you need to do is cook 1 part PVC in 2 parts water for around 35 – 40 minutes. Not only is this TVP delicious, but I is also completely free of all genetically modified ingredients. This TVP is made using defatted soya flour with absolutely no added sugar or palm oil.
