Fish 4 Ever Anchovy fillets in oil are Organic and Fairtrade. Fished south of Sicily, towards the foot of Italy and down to Tunisia, purse seine nets are used on dense schools of anchovy by small local boats, this means there is no damage to the sea floor and habitat. Fish 4 Ever believe in using very selective equipment in precise parts of the sea, that does not create damage to sea life and are the only canned fish brand in the UK to insist on organic land ingredients as well as being against illegal fishing. Always promoting and preferring small scale fishing and have and excellent catch to can traceability. Ingredients: Anchovy fillets, extra virgin olive oil and seasalt.

I use these in cooking, they last me a long time and are always good. Sometimes more bony than others, but they all cook down well to add great flavor.
Fantastic anchovies, salty, well preserved, i even used to lef tover oil to cook an omlette. Know its pricey but its guilt free and therefore worth every penny and have them as a treat.
