High in omega 3, Low in salt and sustainably fished off the coast of Scotland during the winter months by local boats using pelagic pair trawl. Sprat sardines are a smaller species of sardines, caught when fatter and tastier that are native to the Scottish coast. Fished by local fisherman using selective equipment meaning there is no damage to the sea floor or habitat. Fish4Ever only work with local boats, paying and treating their workers well. Against illegal fishing, helping to limit fish catches and combat overfishing. Contains 100% sardines with spring water.
