This locally sourced, freshly pressed evening primrose oil is derived from the seeds of the evening primrose plant, Oenothera biennis, and has many health benefits, which have been known to be beneficial for your hormonal health, skin, hair and bones. It has a smooth, mellow, creamy, nutty flavour and is very high in Essential fatty acids and omega 3 which is sustainable and suitable for vegetarians and vegans.Omega 6 fatty acids have been said to regulate hormones, and benefit hormonal acne issues. EFA's are extremely important for our health, and cannot be made by our body, they have to be procured through food. Omega 6 fatty acids also play a crucial role in brain function, as well as growth and development.
