Oil pulling is a Ayurvedic practice that has been used for generations that effectively pulls out toxins from your body and can help remove harmful bacteria from your mouth. The coconut oil is mixed together with peppermint essential oils that work to attack the anaerobic bacteria that live in your mouth.
