I was a bit skeptical about these, but wanted to cut plastic and chemicals. They smell nice and minty. Once you get used to putting the tablet in your mouth, chewing and not swallowing but brushing, it's ok. They don't foam much, but I can brush my teeth with what I get. My mouth and teeth do feel clean afterwards, and that feeling lasts a little while, which I was pleased with. I will keep using them.
