Hodmedod's dried organic Carlin Peas are an ideal homegrown alternative to chickpeas. Boil them with salt and vinegar to make parched peas, a traditional Lancastrian treat. They also make a great addition to soups, salads, curries and stews.

Suitable for vegans and vegetarians. Free from palm oil, artificial colours, flavours and preservatives, no GM ingredients.
