Passionate believers in the benefits of organic food and farming, Honey Rose started at the turn of millennium and is London’s oldest organic cake bakery. They bake everything by hand, in small batches so their Master Bakers can focus on each mix and take pride in what they produce, deriving great satisfaction from preserving time-honoured baking skills. Making recipes they have sometimes worked on for years, they use gluten free flours and organic ingredients.
They also fully fund their charity www.yellowflowerfoundation.org which they run at no-cost to ensure maximum benefits. Its’ focus is helping people help themselves.
