Organic wholegrain rice cakes from IBIS, light and crunchy with a mild nutty flavour, made from a long-grain brown jasmine variety known locally as Phka Rumdoul, voted best rice in the world.
IBIS works closely with farmers in Cambodia to empower rural communities whilst preserving vulnerable ecosystems and conserving wildlife.
Free from gluten, wheat, dairy, soya, palm oil, GM ingredients, artificial preservatives, artificial flavours, and artificial colours. Suitable for vegans and vegetarians.

About IBIS
Founded by the Wildlife Conservation Society, IBIS Rice has a mission to save the critically endangered giant ibis, Cambodia’s national bird. The ibis was believed to be extinct for almost 50 years until a camera trap captured a photo of one in 2000. IBIS Rice believe in wildlife-friendly farming which has resulted in the reduction of local deforestation by 75%. They're also committed to supporting local communities, paying farmers 70% above market price for their rice.
