Product Description
Non-stick, unbleached Roasting Bags from If You Care perfect for roasting meat, fish and vegetables. Made from chlorine-free greaseproof paper, these compostable roasting bags can be broken down on your compost heap when you've finished with them.
Super simple to use just place the bag seam-side up on your roasting tin, put your food and any marinades in the centre and roll up the end of the bag to seal. They can be used in the oven up to 220°C and your food will come out beautifully tender and moist.
Responsibly sourced, unbleached, chlorine-free. Suitable for use in microwaves and ovens. 100% natural, gluten, allergen and GMO free.

I'd never used roasting bags before, as most of them seem to involve plastic of some kind. These are brilliant, great for roasting chicken breasts, fish, peppers, courgettes - in fact anything you would normally just roast in a pan, but without all the messy cleaning up afterwards. My only criticism is that by "folding" to seal the bag, the fold can sometimes start to loosen and, if using the small oven on my double oven, the edge can end up quite close to the top heat element. But the advantages definitely outweigh the disadvantages.
