Lazy Day Foods was founded in 2006 by food scientists Dr Sally Beattie and Emer Bustard with an eye to expanding the world of free-from baking and make life for those with restricted diets a little easier. The entire bakery is kept strictly free from nuts, gluten, dairy, eggs and wheat - they also don't use GMO ingredients and make sure all palm oil is sustainably sourced. Everything's hand-baked from expertly-crafted original recipes and the results speak for themselves.
