The non-GMO ready meal is packed full of plant-based protein, rice and exotic spiced like cumin and turmeric for and authentic taste of India. The vegan ready meal is also free from gluten with no cholesterol, trans fat or preservatives.

Usage Instructions

Microwave: Tear or cut the pouch slightly at the top. Stand upright in microwave. Heat of full power for 1 min 30 seconds (800W) / 1 min 20 seconds (900W). Stand for 30 seconds.
Caution: contents will be hot.

Hob: Empty the contents into a saucepan. Heat gently for 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally until hot. Do not allow to boil.
