This product uses organic olives and holds official certification from the Soil Association. Once picked, these kalamon olives are then naturally cured for 6 months to remove the bitter compounds. These olives are then preserved in an environment of Mani extra virgin olive oil that is free from all animal products and gluten, as well as any nasty artificial flavourings or additives.
