I used these lots post-birth, they're so absorbent and feel great. I also actually used them as breast pads too when I was super leaky - I cut them in half and put them in my bra. They lasted 3 times as long as those thin little breast pads do!

I cant use these on heaviest days, at night, as they are not absorbent enough, but I use them during the day when I can change them more frequently. They are more comfortable than all other general brands of towels and do not cause any irritation of the skin when used overnight. At least you know they are chemical free which is far better for your body.
