Good for blending with other oils, this multi use uplifting bergaptene-free bergamot essential oil is cold-pressed from the bergamot fruit peel, has a refreshing citrus scent 100% and is natural, vegan and organic. Bergamot is uplifting and helps to relieve nervous anxiety and to promote a restful sleep, lowers sugar levels, promotes good cholesterol and reduces fatty deposits in the liver. It is also antiseptic and cleansing for the urinary system and skin, keeping the skin looking youthful too as well as being an excellent deodorant. It can be used on a tissue to inhale it, in a diffuser, diluted in a carrier oil, added to water as a refreshing spray or add a few drops added to your bath.
