Product Description
Organic Fairtrade Mango is ready to eat and is an ideal healthy snack for all ages. It is also delicious when rehydrated in water, juices or youghurt. After 30 minutes the fruit is soft enough to be pureed. The mango is an excellent addition to curries, tagines, compotes and cakes.
All our mangoes from Association TON are Fairtrade and Organic Certified, and 100% free from preservatives or added sugars. Our mangoes from Cercle des Secheurs are Organic Certified, and 100% free from preservatives or added sugars. The varieties used for drying are Brookes and Amelies Mangoes chosen for their full beautiful mango flavour.

I buy this to chop up and put in my homemade Christmas cake, Christmas pudding and mincemeat. The trouble is, I like it so much that sometimes I find I've eaten it all before it can get in the recipe. And it's fair trade!
