Tomato (45%), onion (37%), rapeseed oil, tamarind puree (2.5%), garlic puree, ginger puree, spices, (contains MUSTARD), salt, concentrated lemon juice, coriander leaf, green chillies, paprika, coriander, cumin seeds.

Usage Instructions
Step 1: Pour Punjaban into a non-stick pan and bring to the boil
Step 2: Add approximately 400g of cooked or uncooked chicken, meat or vegetables.
Step 3: Stir and simmer gently until ingredients are cooked and then serve with rice, Punjaban naan or Punjaban chapattis. (Add a little water if necessary.)
