Made in Italy from the juice of organic apples, this Apple Cider Vinegar with the mother is raw, unpasteurised and unfiltered and adds a great health boost to your diet. Great to use in salad dressings, marinades and vinaigrettes or even just on its own. The 'mother' is the floating, wipsy strands of protein in unfiltered apple cider vinegar full of gut-friendly probiotics and beneficial bacteria.
