An organic, vegan alternative to eggs, this aquafaba from Suma is a store cupboard staple. With a high protein content from the concentration of the chickpea cooking water, the aquafaba is foamy, emulsifying, gelatinizing and binding. Perfect for making your own sweet vegan treats, or savoury sauce dishes.
Free from palm oil, GM ingredients, artificial preservatives, artificial flavours, and artificial colours. Suitable for vegans and vegetarians.
