Product Description

A true Thai classic, sriracha sauce adds a delightful pepper heat to anything you like. Squirt some into a curry, stew, or simply have a dollop on a plate for dipping into. Sriracha originated from the Thai town of Si Racha and is used with countless Thai dishes. Splash a touch of this sauce on some spring rolls or mix them together with some fried noodles. The recipe is free from animal ingredients and gluten, and has a low scoville rating to keep the heat manageable and enjoyable. Sriracha is a great starting sauce for those who are new to hot sauces.

Suitable for vegans, vegetarians and coeliac.

water, pickled chilli (chilli, salt, acid: acetic acid)(28%), sugar, fresh garlic, modified corn starch, salt, stabiliser: xanthan gum; acidity regulator: citric acid; dried chilli (0.15%), acid: acetic acid.

Produced in a facility that also handles peanuts, nuts, soybean and sesame seeds. Store in a cool, dry place.
