World famous and unmistakably Thai, sriracha sauce first came about in the town of Si Racha in Thailand. The origin has been up for debate for decades, but what’s undeniable is the flavour. The delicious taste of sriracha is so versatile you can add it to practically anything to give it a satisfying peppery heat. Squirt some on a plate of spring rolls, in a curry, in a stew, or have some as a side dish for dipping. The recipe is vegan and coeliac friendly; with a low scoville rating to make the sauce accessible to those who are new to hot sauces.
