Every last olive used is grown in Greece under the Hellenic sun. When ripe, these olives are grounded up into a sumptuous tapenade that works great as a spread over some bread or toast, plus makes a great condiment on the side of your plate. Kalamata tapenade especially goes well with a bit of cheese. The recipe used is completely free from artificial flavourings and added sugar; giving this tapenade the most natural, authentic flavour possible.
