A delicacy made by artisans of Greek cuisine, this vegan, gluten-free tapenade from The Greek Kitchen is made using ripened Kalamata olives. Every last olive used is grown in Greece under the Hellenic sun. When ripe, these olives are grounded up into a sumptuous tapenade that works great as a spread over some bread or toast, plus makes a great condiment on the side of your plate. Kalamata tapenade especially goes well with a bit of cheese. The recipe used is completely free from artificial flavourings and added sugar; giving this tapenade the most natural, authentic flavour possible.
