This marmalade is made with the finest Seville oranges plus a bracing dash of whisky for a richer flavour. Goes beautifully on toast, crumpets, croissants and cakes. Thursday Cottage spreads are made in small batches and hand-poured to ensure more whole fruit per jar.

Gluten free and suitable for vegans.
