Product Description

This vegetable stock from Vecon is nutritious and versatile, and is gluten free and packed full of vitamins and iron too. It can be used as a stock base for casseroles or even as a tasty hot drink – simply add a spoonful to hot water and enjoy

 

Vitamin A - 1.5mg, Vitamin C - 152mg, Thiamin (vitaminB1) - 5mg, Riboflavin (vitamin B2) - 6mg, Niacin - 50mg, Vitamin B12 - 10ug, Iron - 70mg.

 

Suitable for vegans.

In my opinion, this is the best quality vegetable stock you can get. A bit pricey, but worth it.
