The way that fine organic chocolate mass is processed is hardly different to that used in making traditional chocolate, except that all the ingredients are organic. The environmental effects of organic farming are massive though. Juicy yet crunchy pieces of sour cherry find contrast perfectly with the intensive South American organic cocoa to create a chocolate bar that appeals to all the senses.

cocoa mass*, raw cane sugar*, cocoa butter*, pieces of sour cherry* 3,5%. Cocoa solids: 62% minimum.
