Product Description
With this mix you can add your own homemade touch to the yuletide classic and make them accessible to your vegan friends too. This mixture is made using organic fruits and nuts and contains zero gluten and is entirely suitable for vegan consumption. The delectable fruits are mixed together with sugars, nuts, cinnamon and other mixed spice to create a rich flavour; all bolstered by the inclusion of cognac. The cognac gives the mixture an extra little kick to it.

About Authentic Bread Company
The Authentic Bread Company was founded in 1995 by Alan Davis who took his passion for baking to a professional level, producing delicious organic breads out of his garage in rural Gloucestershire. At the time the organic bakery was a new concept, but Alan and his family persevered, creating delicious alternatives to regular store bought breads.
