Made with aquafaba as a plant-based substitute for eggs, this smooth, creamy and deliciously garlicky mayo is suitable for vegans so everyone can enjoy its amazing flavour. Aquafaba is the nutrient-rich water left over from cooking chickpeas which would normally be thrown away, we work with hummus manufacturers to collect their surplus aquafaba, meaning less waste, more taste!
