Had ours for 5 years and still working well - such a great idea for saving power. We boil enough for 4 cups of tea in the morning and don't need to boil for a refill :) Stays warm for a few hours and just needs a short top-up boil, no horrible taste. We were given as a gift but think its a great product!!
This kettle is lovely to use for some people, it holds the heat well, and we all find the temperature display very useful. However, pouring can be difficult if you don't use the lid correctly and my husband has managed to scald himself several times (not too seriously) from steam coming from the back of the lid. So, regrettably, we have now replaced the kettle and given this one to a friend who has always admired it, and has no problem with the lid.rn

This is a very good quality product. It is very useful to be able to select the required temperature. I use it to save extra boiling of the kettle for topping up, or if the kettle has been standing for a while.
My only criticism is that because of the 'jug' design and the heat-saving pouring mechanism, it is quite difficult and slow to pour compared with a 'proper' kettle. It is quite heavy and awkward to lift.However as it is insulated it is possible to use both hands.
