The company was founded by Laura in 2016 after a condition caused her skin to fall off. After this experience, and learning a lot more about the treatment of animals within the fashion industry, Laura vowed to introduce cruelty free watches to the market.
The classic collection watches have a minimalist feel, with a clean watch face and faux leather strap. The new collection watch faces have a contemporary look and the vegan leather straps are removable, making them easily interchangeable so you can change your look instantly without hoarding watches.
These gorgeous watches are Peta-approved Vegan, and the company is a Peta UK Vegan Fashion Award Winner.
Votch have also taken steps to ensure their watches are ethically made. Thought they are made in China, the company employed a team to source factories which would be able to meet high standards when it comes to employee welfare. The factory that produces these watches pays fairly, offers promotion opportunities and has great facilities.
Lastly, Votch work with a different charitable organisation which shares their views. They are currently donating 10% of the profits from each product to Made in Hackney, an organisation which aims to make healthy food affordable and available to everyone, offering lessons and training to make a healthy diet more accessible.
